Community Events and Promotions at Our Houston-Area Washaterias
Check Out What’s Coming Up at Laundry-4U
Since first opening our doors in 2019, it’s been important for us to find ways to give back to the community. As individuals who were raised in Houston-area communities ourselves, we take a lot of pride in this region and want to foster the same kind of positive community vibe we were exposed to growing up.
We also understand that, for some families, there’s not always time in the day for both getting errands done and connecting with others. We see no reason why chore time should not also be community engagement time. (Or work time for those who want to bring their laptops and connect to our WIFI. Or entertainment time for those who just want to sit, relax, and watch some TV while getting their weekly wash done.)
To this end, we not only provide safe, clean, and well-equipped spaces for our customers to do their laundry, we also offer regular promotions to help make this task more affordable, enjoyable, and convenient.
Additionally, we love throwing a good party and hosting other community-building events that make doing your laundry with us both efficient and fun! In 2019, for example, our washaterias hosted regular weekly barbeques, holiday parties, raffles, and more. Plus, we frequently host viewings of local sporting events so you can clean your sheets and cheer on your team at the same time.
In addition, we’re members of the Coin Laundry Association, an organization that advocates for everyone involved in the laundry industry. Through their LaundryCares program, the CLA allows us to leverage resources that make our customers’ experiences even better and transform our washaterias into spaces that are both fun and family friendly.
At the end of the day, we understand that our customers make up the community that we all love so much. Giving back by providing safe, clean, and comfortable spaces for them to “take a load off” (pun intended) is a no-brainer.
Update: Due to Covid19, we have suspended our community events until it is deemed safe for our employees and community. Thank you for your understanding.
