Our machines feature a unique, app-based system that allows you to not only view load status on your mobile device, it also makes payment incredibly easy and convenient—no need to bring bills or make change! Our customer service advisors are available 24/7 to help with any questions you have in regards to setting up an account through the app.
If you’re not into the smartphone thing, our machines also accept cash, and each washateria is equipped with a change machine and bill breaker—you never have to worry about having exact change on hand!
Our machines are all new, well maintained, and app-enabled to make laundry day so much easier. They come in a variety of sizes, and each washateria includes a good number of high-capacity washers to help you finish large loads faster (of course, we also have smaller and medium-sized machines for those times when our 100-pound machines seem like overkill). Our dryers are equally diverse, with some accepting up to 75-pound loads!
You certainly can, although our app-based laundry system allows you to check machine availability on your mobile device before you even step through the door! In general, our locations are large and house enough machines to manage demand without customers having to wait very long (if at all).
Yes! There’s ample free parking available at each of our locations. Bonus: Some locations even feature covered parking.

You bring in your laundry and we do the rest! Our professionals are highly qualified to ensure that your items come back to you in the cleanest state possible. When we’ve finished with your order, we’ll notify you via text message or email (whatever you prefer) so that you know when to come back and pick up your things.

Nope! Just come in and drop off your load. In most cases, our laundry professionals will be able to get your pristine-clean garments back to you within a 24-hour period. You can absolutely schedule a drop-off in advance, but keep in mind that the 24-hour turnaround time only begins after you’ve dropped off your items.
Yes, though there may be an extra charge for some items. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing in any irregular items so we can work out the details.

Yes. When you sign up for service, you can schedule notifications in order to receive a text or email reminder on the day before pickup.
Through our web-based platform, you can set up notifications in order to receive a text or email alert that your driver is en route for pickup. The platform also offers full updates on the status of your order—you can see what stage our laundry professionals are working on, from washing to drying to folding and more! Once your order has been fully processed, you can set up notifications in order to receive a text or email alert letting you know that your driver is back en route for delivery.
Nope! Just let us know when you place your order that you consent to have your laundry picked up and dropped off at a specified location outside of your home.
We will charge the credit card that we have on file in your account for each time you receive a Pickup and Delivery service.

Yes. Please let us know in advance if we were picking up and delivering to an office space or other commercial center. We’ll want to make sure our team has clear instructions for where to meet you and where to drop your items back off.
